They mis-quoted the price to clean my living room they way they recommended. When I said I could not afford their recommended spot treatments, the technician said he could not do the job unless I let him do it his way. That he could not "put his company name on a substandard job". I should have showed him the door right then. But I let him proceed. While one technician distracted me with clever conversation, the other did the work, using water from my kitchen sink. Afterwards, the total price was over $200 just for a 20 x 10 room. I've had by entire house done for less by another company with better results and nicer people. Proceed at your own risk.
