A few weeks ago we received approximately 10-12 inches of snow at my home in Commerce. The storm began Saturday and continued through late Sunday. Even while several neighbors were plowed numerous times during the weekend I never saw RDK Maintenance one time until Monday evening because they posted on their Facebook that the roads were too dangerous for their trucks to come out. Yes, you read that correctly... my SNOW PLOW COMPANY said there was too much snow so they wouldn't be able to plow until the roads were cleared. Because of this I was unable to get out of my driveway on Monday morning and had to call into work. \r

Here is an EXACT copy of their Facebook post made on Sunday night after several people complained that they hadn't seen a plow truck over the weekend. Again, this is an EXACT copy of the post (including poor spelling/grammar): ""People need to relax. Look outside Areas range from 6-16 inches already. Your driveway is important. Not as important as all of our family. If you choose to be rude that is your choice. But we are well within our terms. We have executed our extreme weather clause in our contract. And as such. We will finish all homes safely on our time table. Your other option is to start shoveling. Because it will be some time before your home will be completed. And if you are one of the early homes. Your home will be done again after all drivers are rested. Thanks. Ryan Kuchciak Rdk maintenence OWNER.”\r
