My out of town contractor normally deals with Richardson's Glass and feels they provide superior service and work. I had never used Richardson's for any projects.My contractor contacted them to have them contact me to set up an appointment to take measurements for my shower door. I did not receive a call due to their person who was to call me was on vacation. The contractor called them again and was told by the employee that when he got back from vacation he had 28 calls to return and he was busy. A month later I still hadn't received a call. It doesn't take a month to return 28 calls. When I called to find out if they were coming or not I the first person I talked to had an attitude and it was obvious she didn't understand the principals of good customer service. She interrupted me when I was trying to talk and talked back to me on the phone. I would think twice about using such a company that does not follow through with its commitments and has employees representing them such as the person I first talked to on the phone.
