I called these people up for a microwave oven that died on me. I had thought that it was still under warranty from Lowe's and had been given their number a year or so ago. I was told that there was a $75.00 charge to knock on your door. If I decided to get the repair work done then it would be deducted from the final bill. The guy ordered the parts after checking it out and I waited 3 weeks for those to get in. He came out yesterday and fixed the oven. Both times he has come out I had to help him get the oven & microwave both in and out of the kitchen cabinet. Two days before this I called them and was told my parts were in and they were $200.00. When the work was done he said the bill was $310.00. I asked why and he said labor. I said I already paid $75.00 for the first time and it was supposed to be applied to the total bill. After I called the office back they conveniently didn't have the information in front of them. They were to call me today. They never did. So it turns out I paid $185.00 for labor on $200.00 worth of parts, helped the guy with moving the oven and it was not even an 1 hour of work. Can you say RIPOFF. Stay away from this company.
