Mark you are involved in this real estate transaction, hence the review on your page. First of all you send me junk mail every month. How about you give it a rest already & quit wasting your paper & my time. You come through my place of business without proper notice, walk around like you own the place & don't even say hi or make eye contact. For the record there are tenant laws that you played a part in violating. Good luck with your continued career. I may call on you as a witness, so keep your schedule free. Coast Properties Warren Mock & Sharon Galasso are guilty of murder. Gave them my complete trust on the biggest financial decision of my life & got taken advantage of, tricked, & lied too. Warren Mock tricked me into meeting him to provide earnest money on a property I was interested. I show up to the meeting place to find both sellers present. ( WOW, would have been nice too know) Warren had told the sellers we were going to be writing an offer. Way to look out for my best interest & uphold your code of ethics. Misleading your client & luring him into a peer pressure situation with both legal sellers present at the same table. My lawyer said this is one of the most unacceptable & bold actions hes ever seen from a licensee agent. Furthermore suggesting $100 earnest money on a $385,000 transaction is an asinine suggestion, well under the appropriate standard amount of 2-5% of the listing price. The agent did not suggest locating or reviewing comparisons in the area before proceeding. I had a feeling this was fishy but I was foolish in not recalling my trust in the Coast Property team sooner. When discussing the matters of concern with Sharon Galasso the principal agent, she blew it off saying the agent was new & excited. She mentioned contacting a lawyer, providing no further remedies to the actions thus far. The story continues but for review purposes I will wrap it up. For the record my family has known of Warren Mock for years & we have always had a civil and pleasant relationship. Once the opportunity to engage in business involving 6 digit numbers arose I quickly learned that Coast Property, Sharon Galasso, & Warren Mock are part of what makes the scandalous real estate world go round. My company intends to engage in more than just reviews & public opinion awareness. We will be filing a civil complaint for damages along with reporting involved agents to the Real Estate Agency commissioners for review. Furthermore I will post any public records relevant to this issue when they become available. Lifes not fair, lifes not easy, but if your still alive you can always stand up & defend yourself. I intend to do just that.\r
