Review content:
Todd, the owner, agrees to everything you requests at the start. Then he sends over women who are not professional cleaners. To add insult to injury, he sends them with dirty rags and products purchased from the $ store. Moreover, he repeatedly calls your house to tell you the maids are coming. If you do not pick up the phone, even after he's left you a ton of voicemail messages, he'll call you at 11:00 oclock at night or sometimes as early as 6:00a.m. I thought what a weirdo! Wait until the contract that he has you sign when the maids first come, but doesn't emphasize when you initially contact him. To add insult to injury, even after you officially notify him that you will not renew the contract within his specified time, he we threaten to take you to court by saying he never received your cancellation. I didn't allow him to bully me, even after he lied and said his girlfriend owned the company and did not believe I'd cancelled. He thought he could intimidate and force me to take ten more cleanings at $85 a pop. He took me to court, but I won. Todd, dishonesty does not pay!!!
