Review content:
Most title companies I've delt with just want to collect their money. They dont care if I get the deal I was looking for or if I understand the documents I am signing. Pennsbury Abstract doesnt care about their paycheck. They want you to have a good experience and feel comfortable with everything happening. They found an error on my lender documents which could have cost me thousands. They called the lender and fixed it right away and didnt pressure me into signing anything until it was fixed. I will continue to go back and refer everyone I know. Barbara was kind enough to take the time to answer all my questions, especially when I couldnt reach my lender and realtor. I have never had such a pleasant experience than I have had with Pennsbury! Thank you!!! I dreaded doing settlement from past experiences and now I am confident I know what I am doing and trust my agent... YOU!
