Review content:
For years my family hasn't had a problem with Woolard's, but recently my service has been unacceptable. I came in to have my fiance's engagement ring tightened, because she thought it was loose. Woolard's took it to the back, got a pair of pliers, and squeezed. 3 and a half weeks later, the diamond fell out of its setting (not by contact). Thanks be to God, we found the diamond (in a dustpan at a restaurant). Upon close inspection, another jeweler saw teeth marks from pliers on bent prongs, doing damage to the rhodium plating and said that it was clearly shotty workmanship. Long story short, Woolard's should have taken time to do a good job, but instead nearly cost me thousands of dollars (cost over $150 to fix). Absolutely unacceptable.
