"I have had an unpleasant experience at a previous vet office which caused some anxiety and I had not taken my dog to a vet for some time. I picked Banfield due to other friends and family members great comments about the clinic. We usually do all our shopping at Pet Smart and we stopped in one day to look into check ups for our 4 yr. male dog and spay/immunizations for our new member of the family, a 5 mo. old Border Collie. The receptionist was funny and patient and kind. We arrived early in the a.m. with both dogs and were met with smiles from beginning to end. The Vet Tech was fantastic as she listened to our story and was very compassionate to both us and our pets. I did not feel anxious when leaving with only one dog while the other one stayed for her surgery. We were notified via phone when surgery was finished and when we could come in and see her.
