We were very pleased. I called them up late sat evening, and got a call back on Monday morning. We were referred to their Akron office, which was interesting trying to find having never before being to Akron. The staff was extremely friendly. They told us the consultation was free, but that they would need 100 dollars to begin processing the case. We explained that we did not have it, and they told us that's fine, but that they would not prevent any further legal advice or assistance until we paid them. We sent the money about a week later. From there it took us six months to get up enough money to finish paying them off. (We had to file Chapter 7 because our income had fallen below the minimum standard for Ch. 13 when I was laid off.) The court fee was 299, and the remaining 800 dollars were our attorney fees. Overall we were impressed, we had good support, and could call for advice whenever we needed.
