Review content:
Rauser & Associates handles a great deal of bankruptcies in their office. You will need to call for an appointment to go in and see them. At one time you could make an initial payment and then make monthly or weekly payments towards your fees for this service. I'm not sure at this time what they offer as far as payment arrangements go, because the bankruptcy laws will be changing in October 2005. However, they are very knowledgeable in bankruptcy law, and I do recommend them if you need to file for bankruptcy.
