My husband and I reserved a New Years Eve package through Brookshire Suites which included one night's hotel stay and a New Year's Eve dinner cruise. When we first checked into the hotel the lady at the front desk gave us our package and told us that we did not need tickets to get onto the cruise, we were to just give them the letter that was included in the package. \r \r The hotel room itself was nice and clean. When we left for our cruise, we were told by the front desk staff to go to Pier 5 for our cruise. It turns out this was completely incorrect and we needed to go to Fells Point. We took the shuttle service to the correct place. Then when we got on the cruise we were asked for our tickets. We were told that the hotel staff told us that we only needed a letter, which was also incorrect. After standing there for 10 minutes or so while the lady figured out what was going on, we were told there was miscommunication and we were not even on the guest list, but they did end up a
