Parking at Levee plaza has been a problem for a while: due to lunchtime crowds at daytime, and moviegoers at night. Now the problem got worse: lunch nowadays is apparently 7am to 9pm (so far as I can see by the numbers of people), and the cars outside of movie theater's lot (rather small) get towed, so you can't park by the Neon Cactus anymore. The Wabash Landing Parking Garage absolutely saves the day for me, since ANY place on Levee Plaza will validate it's ticket - so it's free! And if you ARE on Levee Plaza, then presumably you're going to one of the places in this strip mall anyhow. So, problem solved. I just wish more people used the garage, instead of creating traffic jams out of nothing right in front of the bookstore!
