"John as a landlord you are more than fair. You take pride in your rentals and keep them up. You have not ever refused us when we ask for anything. We won't had to have a new 1 you paid for half. When we ever we have a problem you get it fixed as soon as possible. Jeff is fantastic he really knows his stuff. If there is anything else to be fixed he always does it while he is here. We love the location. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. We love the garage and the clothes lines and the patio and the central air, the washer and dryer. We love rainbows and we have them by putting sun catchers in the East windows. We have rainbows from the kitchen all the way.
