If I could give zero stars, I would! We had a HORRIBLE experience with Concordia Travel Center. I did not know that they book everything through Travel Impressions, and apparently they are owned by American Express. I will make sure to contact them directly with this complaint. Lisa at Concordia Travel Center failed/neglected to tell me that we needed visas to travel on the vacation package she booked for us, and because of that, we were stuck 2 nights at the connecting flight location to obtain the required visa. This not only cost us additional hotel and travel expenses at the connecting flight location, but we also lost 2 nights of hotel at our original travel location, which was at about $1,000 per night, and we also had to pay an additional $800 for re-booking the connecting flight 2 days later. HORRIBLE TRAVEL AGENT!
