Review content:
People have written about the pest problem and rats no change. The property management is focused on making the appearance of the office area maintained and landscaped. New paint & furniture in the office and entrance area, new parking lines painted in front of the office all look nice. But when it comes to the common areas, the pool and surrounding area, apartment buildings and parking lots very little has been done. Gate often left open overnight and on weekend. The Regency hosts"rummage sales & community sales" in the complex once a month. To sell anything you have to purchase a spot for 5$ from property management. During these events parts of the parking lot is blocked off and the gate left open for anyone to enter the complex. I'm paying for the luxury of a gate and the security its supposed to provide. I expect it to be shut with access only allowed to tenants and their guest. I don't expect it to be open for people to wander in for rummage sales. The rent is cheap here. If you're looking for a roof over your head and have no expectations for security or amenities this is your place. If you are looking for a clean, safe environment with a secure gate and well kept amenities like a nice pool and surrounding area or clean laundry room, the Regency Square isn't the place.
