I wish we had read the reviews before we contacted this company! Scott has done exactly the same thing to us as he did to the other reviewers. After he got our money, we can't reach him. He told us he was shipping our finials over a month ago, but only shipped a partial shipment, which was less than half of our order. The finials were shipped in flimsy flat rate boxes that arrived completely ripped apart with finials falling out, and some were rusty and have secondary drill marks in them. The partial shipment is short 63 usable finials and does us no good whatsoever. He must have needed Christmas shopping money, so he tapped us on December 3rd when he called to tell us our order was in and he was shipping it. The last time I spoke with him, he had all kinds of excuses why he hadn't shipped them after he lied and said he was shipping them. He won't return phone calls or reply to emails, and I've had to file a dispute with my credit card holder. Stay away from this company!
