If there was a guy I would want to represent me in a personal injury case it would have to be Doug Schmidt. He not only represented me but my husband as well..he really reassures people constantly on how their cases should progress but progress fully to the point that the insurance companies are begging to settle. We were with another local attorney but our cases were dragging on too long. Doug basically took the bull by the horns, wrestled him to the ground and killed it!! He is an aggressive litigator as well as a bulldog when it comes to settling with insurance companies. And to think he does NOT advertise on TV like some of the other DESPERATE attorneys that are starving for clients. He is more on a level playing field with clients rather than take from you. Doug would rather give you more than less. He is not an ambulance chaser as some of the personal injury attorneys in town but he will give a hand up to you. He went the extra mile when my husband and I were nearly losing our home to help us put off our mortgage until we went back to work. He will go the extra mile to help you and your family when you need it the most. When I would fax something to him, he would answer my questions within 24 hours and explain it to me so I could understand it without using a lot of legal mumbo-jumbo. I first met Doug when he was in downtown Minneapolis and he was aggressive then as well as now..so if you are looking for an AWESOME personal injury attorney, call on Doug Schmidt and his staff...you will be glad that you did!!
