Review content:
After the service we received yesterday I cant give a good review. Ordered for pickup at 4:45 to bring to family for dinner, told 20-25 minutes. Arrived at 5:10, paid & gave $2.00 tip even, which im sure not many do on carryout orders. The gentleman went to get our order and the female said that she was about to make it...about to make it? 25 minutes later and about to get started, when we were told 20-25 minutes it would be ready. So I wanted to get a refund and leave, the guy assured me 8 minutes it would be done. This is at 5:13. 5:30 we go to get a refund as one pizza was done for a while but the other still not done....he couldnt figure out how to refund, and for a few minutes he was trying. She keeps going on about how the other pizza we ordered has a lot of toppings on it and takes longer and we should know that. The gentleman kept telling us after our order was placed the phones kept ringing....I guess they arent used to that in a pizza place? So our other pizza is now ready....she sets it down, looks at us and says ""here you go"" with an attitude. No apology. At this point we tell him we still want the refund, she then says you wait until after the pizzas are done to get your money back? We asked 5-6 minutes earlier but he wasnt able to do it, so in our defense we did ask earlier. If she would have at least apologized it would have been different. On the way to the familys house we stopped at donatos (not trying to promote as we usually go to the smaller places or mom and pops) right on the way, who was way busier but somehow managed to have both of our pizzas, one that even had a lot of toppings out in 12 minutes. I was amazed that this was possible, being that we were told earlier that they take much longer.\r
Trying to call today to speak with the gm, she was there (the hourly manager from last night) who then said he was trying to explain to us that they were busy and we got very rude with him. She then said she was the only one there and had a customer and that shes putting me on hold. At this point I hung up, and decided grandmas was never meant to be.
