BEWARE!! What a disaster! Our driver got lost before she even arrived to our house! She ruined a holiday lights tour surprise for our out of town guests AND my husband had to sit by the window all night giving her directions since she had no GPS and couldn't find her way downtown! We were promised a red carpet, it never happened. To top it off, the limo was dirty, the seats were sticky AND we never even made it to the last stop due to the driver getting lost! The holiday lights tour was supposed to visit the Elipse, Mormon Temple and Seneca Park. We never got to the temple. What a huge disappointment. I sent a complaint on December 22nd. I wrote again on Jan 2 because no one replied. Bobby, the general manager wrote me a VERY NASTY message and said he would be back next week and would address my concerns then. He said he wasn't going to address my experience while he was away. DO NOT USE TOUCH OF CLASS!!!!!!!!!!! DRIVERS AREN'T PROFESSIONAL OR EQUIPPED WITH GPS. Scary and dangerous! MD MVA needs to review their ability to operate.
