We were extremely satisfied with the customer service of About Floors n More. They helped us a great deal in making our selection. Their showroom had so many different options to choose from. As we were shopping, we got a quote from another vendor, but we definitely felt more comfortable going with About Floors n More due to their professionalism and price!
The installers did a great job. They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. It took them about 3/4 of the day to remove the old carpet and lay down the new one. They carefully put down the new carpet without leaving any marks on our newly finished base board. Their clean up was great. They picked up every piece of scrap. They even rolled up our old carpet, so we could store it away in case our new one gets damaged or badly stained. Overall, they were nice people to deal with.
This company was really impressive from start to finish. Their prices were excellent, the workmanship was fantastic, and the whole experience was wonderful. We have been extremely satisfied, and we would highly recommend them.
