The customer service was very poor. The first two weeks after installataion, the reception was poor on my new 52"" tv, dish said there would be no charge to get it right. I was told by A1 that it would cost $1000 to get the right equipment. After 7 months, two remotes and three receivers, I was still losing transmission about every 3 weeks and my new tv was blurry. I was tired of spending hours on the phone to 'fix' it and was told by a dish network that there would be no fees for cancelling my contract. dish actually reimbursed me for the service I had not rec'd. A1 called with a nasty call and turned me over to collections for $400. They have not sent a bill or contacted me and refuse to budge. I went to directv and my reception is excellent. Don't go through A1 for any installation or sales!!!!!!
