OK : The Owners of Bubba's took over & they are doing a great deal better . We had the peel & eat shrimp boil in a bucket w corn & potatoes they were well seasoned & ample. Also had the shrimp dinner a grand re opening special . Both were 9.99. I asked for fried but you get your choice of 3 preparations. It was served with your choice of potatoes & a small house salad. The shrimp were done to perfection & their size was large to jumbo . The very large dinner plate was rather bare on presentation with just the potato & 6 shrimp & I would suggest serving with Texas Toast, Toasted french bread or, hush puppy's...Something to take up some of the blank space . They serve crackers at the table w their signature sauce presented as a condiment option. The service was excellent, the food hot & moderately priced. They have a ways to go. The chef is touting their formula for Traditional Texas Coastal Seafood & from this experience I would concur that they are doing that much right. .Give them another chance if you are in the mood for Fried Seafood. We will return if they boil crayfish in the Spring & they should introduce seafood po boys on the menu.\r
