I have dealt with different people and everybody is awesome. Today, Kelly came out to do a free second opinion because another company (during a simple, routine check) said I needed a new $3,000 inside unit due to an "oil leak". Kelly confirmed my suspicions that there was no oil leak and I almost got scammed. I have used Agee's for years off and on, and will continue to do so more regularly. I appreciate the honesty - whether it's good or bad news - and that's something you don't find easily.
