I was really impressed with Silverstate Refrigeration & HVAC. They were very good. I had used them once before a couple years back to service my system. But this time, they installed brand new units for me.\r
I was very concerned in the beginning, as anyone might be when facing the thought of spending that amount of money, but they ended up doing a fabulous job. Their pricing, though a lot, was very competitive when compared to other companies.\r
But 2 or 3 days before they were scheduled to do my installation, I saw their truck down the street at a neighbor's house, so I figured everything would be okay.\r
Overall, I was really happy with the entire process. They were prompt and hard-working. After they were all done, and the unit was installed, I had a question. I called them and they came out immediately to handle the problem. It turned out to be a programming issue and they were able to fix it quickly.\r
Any fear I had going into this project was defused. I will continue to call on them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
