I live in the South Bay and just visited Trilogy Spa for my first time. I had the Trilogy deluxe massage (an 1 ? service but only 1 hour and 20 minutes of massage) and it was great. The pain in my shoulder was gone by the time I left because of all the stretching my masseuse performed. The men?s locker room was clean and the large shower had good pressure. I will definitely go back the next time I am in pain.
