I have been to Trilogy twice as a guest (for a bachelorette party and then a birthday party). While the atmosphere was fancier than other spas I've tried, I'm surprised at the high rating and favorable reviews that this place gets. Not only is Trilogy expensive (and getting even more so), they do not honor discounts. When I went for the bachelorette party, we were promised a discount, but they only gave the discount to individuals in the party who reminded them specifically at the time that the bill was printed out. The facial that day was nice, though. The second time I went, I had a massage. I felt that the staff was rude and ruined the experience. My friends and I all felt rushed and didn't appreciate the unfriendliness. We will probably never go back again.
