My husband gave me a Signature Spa Treatment (Ginger Body Butter) gift certificate. 1st it says in the brochure "full body massage". My neck, feet and half my back were never "massaged". 2nd, when I went to check out they said my husband hadn't paid the full amount and I owed an additional $10. Not a huge deal, but definately not what I expected. The ammenities were really lacking for a day spa and the staff didn't seem to care if I was satisfied or not. I will not be returning to Trilogy, but I hope you have a better experience!
