Review content:
Even though they arrived 45 minutes late, the team worked efficiently and made up for lost time. I was warned that one of my IKEA pieces would probably not survive the move and it did not but I appreciated how they explained in advance so I wasn't too disappointed. It had been moved twice before and the design did not lend itself to multiple moves...Again, despite being late, the team was friendly, professional: I was relieved to see how much care they took packing my stuff. As far as the delivery, I was super impressed! My place has low ceilings, multiple levels and a challenging stairwell but the crew maintained their good disposition, despite the challenges. I've heard so many nightmare stories about movers and was really nervous about my move but Luis, the foreman, was sympathetic to the stress I was under and cheered me up considerably. Hopfully, I won't be moving again any time soon but if I do, I would definitely use MRA again. Thanks Guys!
