A friend of mine took me out for my 50th birthday.\r
The both of us have been going out together for steak dinners for more than 10 years! And we always loved texas roadhouse.\r
Texas Roadhouse was the only place I would seek out for a good steak.\r
I only ate at Texas Roadhouse!\r
As far as steakhouses go! Because I always got my steak the way I wanted it.\r
I ordered a filet mignon, well done just past pink.\r
The first steak was only half cooked. That was taken away and cooked longer. Just long enough to cook the slices that I had made beforehand. The rest of it was barely cooked.\r
At this time a gentleman came over to our table in a blue shirt. I don't know if he was a manager, he didn't say and I did not ask. All I wanted was a decent steak.\r
The second steak was about as raw as the first one.\r
At this point I was sick to my stomach.\r
Why did it take three tries? And they still could not get it right?\r
The gentleman in the blue shirt never showed his face to me again! Why?\r
We had no problem with the service. Our waitress was fantastic!\r
I was a little upset with her but then quickly realized it was the kitchen that couldn't get it right!\r
We might be just two customers out of millions, but we will always be two less customers.\r
To make things worse, when I got home I threw up the sweet potato and the salad!\r
Thank you for a fantastic 50th birthday dinner!
