Review content:
It must just be me but when I go to a spa I expect it to be relaxing and professional. I found Glen Ivy quite the opposite. While lounging by the pool there was a water aerobics class (with awful "nifty 50s" music blaring) that disturbed all who were relaxing in earshot. I found many employees completely unprofessional including standing at a counter waiting to take ask a question while the employee seemed to be on a personal call. Their so-called "salt water" pool consisted of a chlorinated pool with epsom salt. I had to wait way too long for my scheduled waxing appointment and the form I had to fill out just to be waxed asked way too many personal questions unrelated to waxing, including whether or not I was on contraceptives. If you are looking for a low brow alternative to a real spa, head to Glen Ivy...
Pros: Hot Springs
Cons: too many to list
