I don't usually write reviews on Grubhub but these empanadas were so delicious that I felt obligated to do so. I tried 4 different ones, braised short ribs, spicy pork empanada, lobster truffle mac and cheese, and dulce de leche with apples. I ordered all of them baked instead of fried. The braised short ribs empanada was stuffed full of moist, flavorful meat. The spicy pork empanada was also full of tasty mildly spicy pork. The juices spilled out of the empanada when I bit into them. These two were my favorites and I will be sure to order more. The lobster truffle mac and cheese didn't move me so much. I guess cheese and pasta doesn't belong inside of a bread pocket. It wasn't bad but it just didn't move me. The dulce de leche apple empanada had small chunks of apple with delicious caramel sauce. It wasn't overly sweet, it was just right.
Great job, Fusion Empanada, keep it up!
