Last week I broke down on the Florida Turnpike. My alternator went out. I looked online for a automotive company located close to my work, and New Age Automotive came up and had great reviews. I was greeted by a gentleman named Elliot. He gave me a recommendation for a tow truck company and said that they would be able to look at my truck that day. I am in the process of moving down to the Florida Keys and was in transition. Given the fact that my truck broke down on Friday morning, I was worried that my truck would not be ready until the next week. I explained my situation to Elliot and he assured me that they would try to get it done that day. Elliot then called me and told me that they found an alternator in Fort Lauderdale and they had it expedited to the shop for me. At 3PM that day my truck was ready.!! I couldn't believe it!!! Not only did they finish the job in two hours, they washed my truck!!! Unbelievable! I am sad that I am moving now since I have found such a great automotive company. :) Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service!!
