The customer service here is awful. We went in to have two vehicles tires rotated under their free rotation offer after spending over $1400 for two sets of tires we bought a year ago. We made the appointment as required. True they were busy, but is that not what an appointment is for? We arrived 20 minutes before our time. We waited and waited and waited. After an hour of being there, I asked when were we going to be waited on. Others were walking in and being waited on. Others were walking in and being serviced immediately. Their response was you have free rotation what are you complaining about. They finally waited on us after yelling sarcastic remarks about the impatient customers. POOR service. This place is horrible. Next time I buy tires I will buy them from another tire service I the area. Discount Tire ought to be closed down.
