DOESN'T GET ANY WORSE THAN THIS!!! The new computer arrived with hardware defects so I called to exchange it. Called a number of times over two days. Needed to speak to different people who were not available and often the phone was just picked up and immediately hung up. I was told this was their last one so they didn't have a replacement. They also do computer repairs but this was not something they could repair. I was told I had to pay return freight & a 25% restocking fee! Of course, I questioned this... then a supervisor got on the line and said forget it, you keep it and hung up on me!!! And that's where it stands so I wish to warn people about them.
