I would have given 5 stars---but, I recently lost $100 trade credit!!!! I had over $100 trade credit on the slip when I put it down with the card next to the books I had brought in for trade credit and waited for an attendent. I accepted the credit slip w/o looking at it---having dealt with Bookman's since the 1970's without complaint. A few weeks later---I made a purchase and found that the credit slip that had over $100 on it before the new trade credit was added---now had only $18.25!!!!!!\r \r A few weeks before---I had added trade credit. When two attendants came up---one asked the other if he had placed the credit slip there. They were very confused. They did not even stop to think that I had placed it down along with the card. I had to tell them---even though this is how I had done it for many years.\r \r I think this was an honest mistake!\r \r From now on---I will hold on to the credit slip until they are ready to add the credit!!!!\r \r I can't afford to lose $100+ trade credit!!!!\r \r If you can't afford such a loss---pay attention!!!!!!
