Idk if I can even put into words how ticked off I am right now! But let me try to tell the story!!! My husband and I went into McDonald's in Big springs to eat.. As we walk in I can hear rapping music playing, we get to the counter and I begin to listen to the words there filling this corporate restaurant with.. About every 3rd word or so is the ""n"" word then the ""p"" word.. I looked at the lady and said.. Oh my gosh that is horrible music your playing..my mouth wife open. Another girl hee hee tells the manager. He tells them to turn it off ( until she leaves)! I don't say anythung else. Someone turns it back on and nothing is said from the manager. We get our food there all giggling and laughing. Manager again says turn it off. While we're eating there screaming at each other several cuss words wayyy loud.. Then as were about to leave I hear the ""gd"" word. I walk up to the counter ask for a pen.. Because ha they have no comment cards they said. I write down the corporate phone number off the door. I again say nothing else. As we are walking out the door, a young kid hollers"" and have a great day""!! Yep that was it........ I walked back in manager already apologizing over n over. I tell him this is ridiculous I can't even believe you allow this., ( HIS entire staff is standing there watching and listening to me) drive through is around the building.. As he is saying I know it. I don't like it either.. I try to tell them.. Omg!!! R u kidding me.. I told him well they would all b fired if I was there manager and if I had children with me it would have been way uglier.. I turn to walk off and there still talking crap and the manager is still having to tell them TO STOP! Yep there all still alive.. Yes the corporate email is about to go out!!! I'm still in shock
