Review content:
DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO C & J'S AUTO! I will just start by saying we dropped our car off for some body work that he promised he could do fairly simply, and for seven whole weeks we were barely able to get an update on our car. He NEVER hardly answers the phone or calls to say how the progress is. Out of the fourty-some times we have called him, he answered about 3 of our calls in a seven week time frame. And still no work done on the car seven weeks later, no progress at all and he never once called us to give an update. How do you run a business and not ever answer the phone? We finally after a month and a half picked up the car and took it elsewhere. Horrible business practice. It pays to respond to your customers and let them know whats happening with their vehicle. And not an ounce of progress after seven weeks of having the car? Absolutely irresponsible.
