Review content:
My husband and I were at Punjab Sweets a few months ago to sample their sweets because we wanted to place a rather large order for a party that we wanted to have over the holiday season. Whilst we were there, we met with one of the co-owners or managers, I am unsure his name was Manpreet. When we initially spoke to him about our order he was very keen for our business and most happy to help. He even gave me his cell phone number. When it came time to actually placing the order, I called and his number apparently didn't exist. So I called the Punjab Sweets shop, several times, each time I called I was told to call back in a couple of hours, he was never in and hence conveniently never available. Go figure!! One time a rather rude Punjabi lady screamed at me. I finally got an email address which I wrote to, thanks to one of the servers who gave me the address, I am still waiting to hear from him, this was more than a month ago.\r \r We gave up, went to Mayuri Bakery in Redmond instead who did a phenomenal job of executing our order. Punjab Sweets lost not only our business but also the business of another friend who wanted to place a similar order. Going forward we are going to make sure we recommend Mayuri over Punjab Sweets to our rather large social circle and business colleagues. \r \r Punjab Sweets is frankly unprofessional, they are tardy and will NEVER return your calls or emails. Be prepared to strap in for a wild goose chase if you do decide to go with them, and be ready to be disappointed. Like I said, go with Mayuri instead. As for Manpreet, never do business with him, I'd recommend someone else from their management team instead.
