The owner has no positive relationship with the nervous students; provides little guidance but badgers students about not doing his pointless tasks; promises parents he will complete and manage the financial aid forms that honestly can be completed online in 30 minutes or less - save yourself $3000 and $40 a month after that for nothing. Instead talk with families who have applied before successfully and invite them to dinner several times for coaching sessions. Cheaper, better
