Despite the ongoing remodeling, I got attended to promptly, within 2 minutes of waiting in the line. Facility was cramped and the customers lounge was, well, as comfortable as Allen could make it. Service rep - Neil - was great in that he helped to brew another pot of coffee as the coffee flask was empty. Neil was very detailed and provided much information. Only disappointment was that service mechanics were restrained from checking a noise issue from my steering column which is likely due to the positioning of a rubber bracket being out of alignment. (my analysis). Apparently, that requires mechanics from another section to review, which necessitates another trip without the customer knowing whether the repair is under warranty or not. The inability to provide diagnostics at the time of service means another trip back. Not an efficient process for the customer.
