Bottom line this guy thinks he is entitled to a refund 10 years after purchase because they do it ""with space heaters"". The recall states $100 and new fuses. Too bad he does not agree with the terms. If you had a recall on a part on your car 5 years after purchase and the manufacturer offered a repair would you have the right to demand a full refund? If you indeed had issues that they could not resolve when you first purchased it why not demand a refund then? You would then have a reasonable expectation of a refund. Now, just sour grapes. Posting everywhere around the internet to discredit this business is not going to work if your claim is laughable and it is.
