We had a similar situation in that we purchased bunk beds from Baby N Kids Gear in Lawrenceville. Some very important parts in putting the bunks together where missing. Worked with the. Owner and bed manufacture. Because Baby N Kids Gear was not an authorized seller, they would not supply me with the box of 32 slats that were missing....oh the hardware was missing too. Come to find out the bed was a return. Then why would they not give me my $180 refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THEY DID IT TO ME AS WELL AS OTHERS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
