I had extreme difficulties communicating with the employees of this facility. I attempted to have a repair done there and felt so dissatisfied that I went somewhere else. At each step, I kept repeating what they had told me to do and asking if there was anything else that had to be done. I was continually reassured that I understood everything. Then, I would show up for my appointment, only to find out that the part hadn't been ordered because I hadn't told them to order it, even though no one had told me that I needed to do this. I also had a hard time getting them to call me back. I felt very frustrated and I didn't feel like I was heard. I work in customer service and I even asked them for the specific kind of feedback I needed and they still weren't able to help me feel understood. The final straw was that they quoted me $1,200 for a repair and I got my car fixed at another dealer for less than $200. I don't plan on returning here. Pros: Lots of parking, easy to get to Cons: poor customer service
