Stay Away- The phone system is terrible and lacks even the basic features needed in a small to medium size office. We were attracted by the quoted monthly savings and were assured their service was best in class. What a mistake!! Every time we call technical support we get the same ridiculous excuse that they know it is a problem and the tech guys are working on a ""fix"". I would stay away if the phone and internet are important to your business. We took many steps backwards when we switched to Cbeyond.
