We had Homefix Corporation replace windows in our home. I was struck by the absolute professionalism of their company. The windows came and were installed perfectly. They lived up to everything that they had guaranteed. The installers were very professional as well. The windows look great and they work great.
We had been looking for windows for our house. We had looked at several other companies doing windows. We called them over to look at the windows and give us an estimate on those as well as on our roof. After looking at the products, pricing, and team they had, we decided to go ahead and try them out.
We had them replace two windows to begin with. They were difficult windows: they're in brick in a home built in '58. They put them in and got a perfect fit. Having custom-made windows made the job a whole lot easier. The service people were absolutely wonderful and made sure everything was perfectly square, perfectly caulked, and flush.
After that we had them do another two windows. It was the same exact team and we had the same exact experience. The third time, they came and did three more windows for us. We expected the same service as those first two experiences and we got the same service. Now we're going to have them finish out the last three windows we have and expect the same thing.
