A completely disgraceful service. We ordered an expensive gift basket from the UK for delivery to our family who were gathering for Christmas in New York. We ordered in November and received confirmation of our order with delivery scheduled on or before the 24th December. The day came and went with no notification from the Flower Factory that there was any problems with our order. We contacted them on 26th December to tell them that it had not arrived only to get a reply blaming their courier along with a link to a news article that they said would explain things. Obviously all couriers are busy at this time of year so this should be taken into account if they are still dispatching orders around Christmas. The news article they sent had no mention of any problems in the New York area so we didn't think that this is an acceptable excuse and informed them of this to which re received a reply informing us that delivery had been scheduled for that day (26th). At least all our family were still in new york so it wouldn't be a complete loss, however the 26th came and went along with the 27th on which day we emailed them again to make it clear that it had to be there on that day at the latest as my family were leaving that day. We have still received no response from this email leaving us no choice but to file a chargeback with our credit company to try get our money back. If it turns up now it would be pointless not to mention unedible I would think as the goods were freshly baked god knows how many days ago.
