Businiess name:  Ws Haynes Tire & Svc

Review content:
I have been a customer for over a year now. Getting tires all around the first time. The service was great! Joe called around to get me the best price for my tires, gave me a great price. Communication was good, I knew the exact price of my purchase, I knew what day the tires would be available and any other unforseen expensives. My tire was going flat when I took it to be checked. It turned out to be caused by a crack in my rim. This was all taken care of by the company. I was called and informed that my rim was back and that I could pick it up. My rim was put back on and payment was made. I was relieved that everything was completed without incident. As i walked up to my car I noticed my emblem was not the right one (a chrome mercedes emblem instead of a black one). I brought this to the attention of the saleman who insisted that this was the one that was with my paperwork and had been taken off the original rim. After about 10mins of back and fourth he finally asked one the repair guy if he could find the emblem that matched the other one that were on my car. Luckily the repair man found my emblem and put it on the rim. I wondered, is this the kind of customer service I want to pay for. I understand things happen but I don't want to be treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. I will continue to do business with this company but I do not want to deal with that salesman.
