DO NOT USE . After having heat off from ice storm we needed our house one we have up for sale and are not living in winterized to save the pipes. called on Friday the receptionist told me they can be out that night but it would be better to get some heaters to make sure what has frozen comes out. so i called back after i put some heaters up at the house and made a appointment for Monday. so i dint hear from them and i called after the new year witch was the fallowing Thursday. NO ONE HAD BEN OUT TO MY HOUSE. and now we are having -13 temps at night. they offered no answer to the reason and dint sound to concerned about it and told me they would be out right away. then they called later that night and told my wife that they dint go out again. and now its Friday and its been a weak of heaters on and paying for them and we r still waiting on them to come out and fix it. no offer for a discount. no offer to fix any of it. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER
