I have never before had a better experience with a dealership. Fabio was so accommodating to us given that we had a 2 1/2 hour drive to get to the dealership that he held the car for us so it wouldn't be sold before we could look at it. Fabio was so friendly and knowledgeable about the BMW we looked at and answered all of our questions. From the time we arrived, test drove the car, and ultimately purchased the car (all paperwork completed) only took about 1 1/2 hours which has never before happened to me. I would highly recommend Chariots of West Palm (Fabio) for an enjoyable buying experience. I will definitely be returning to Fabio for my next car purchase.
